Birmingham, UK: This week, the PDI International team has been exhibiting at the Infection Prevention and Control Conference (#IPC22) organised by knowledge exchange healthcare experts, Knowlex. Key speakers such as Professor Jennie Wilson, Rose Gallagher MBE, and Dr Jon Otter delivered talks on a variety of IPC matters including outbreak management, improving hand hygiene, decontamination and cleaning protocols and AMR.
With more than 500 healthcare professionals attending, the conference was the perfect place for PDI International to showcase their latest IPC solutions, including recently launched Super Sani-Cloth®, otherwise known as “purple top” and innovative automated room disinfection technology, HyperDRYMist®.
With delegates wearing the distinctive #purpletop PDI lanyards and the canisters positioned throughout the conference halls, Super Sani-Cloth® was certainly the centre of attention during the 2-day event.

HyperDRYMist® was also officially launched to the UK during the conference. HyperDRYMist® by 99Technologies has been developed to address the limitations with current hydrogen peroxide automated room disinfection systems around efficacy, efficiency, compatibility, and safety. Its patented non-toxic solutions, containing low level hydrogen peroxide (6.5% – 7.5%) with carefully selected co-formulants strikes the perfect balance in boosting its biocidal activity and overall stability.
